Leicestershire
Leicestershire (förkortat Leics) är ett län i centrala England. Det har fått sitt namn från den tätbefolkade staden Leicester, dess traditionella administrativa centrum, även om staden Leicester idag administreras separat från resten av Leicestershire. Grevskapet gränsar till Lincolnshire, Rutland, Northamptonshire, Warwickshire, Staffordshire, Derbyshire och Nottinghamshire.
Leicestershire finns med i Domesday Book.
